- Collins was named “Major Trading Company” by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), and subsequently set up offices at various locations including Los Angeles, Chicago, and New Jersey.

| 1980's | - Received Outstanding Foreign Export Enterprise Award from the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Set up more overseas offices in Germany and various locations throughout Asia including Hong Kong, Manila, Bangkok, and Jakarta, and continued to maintain leadership over export volume in Taiwan.
- Acquired franchise over Hong Kong's G2000 workwear and M&A of Collins Leasing and Yanlin Company; formed strategic alliances with BWM and Mercedes Benz to expand to vehicle installment sales business.
- IPO of Collins' shares on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) at the end of 1989, making Collins a public company with integrated trading businesses.
- Established Collins International Co., Ltd (CICL) in the United States and Commend Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong to facilitate trading business.

| 1990's | - Established reinvestment company Colltex Co., Ltd., a garment trading and processing/manufacturing company. GLGK Giftware Co., Ltd. was also established in Shenzhen, China to control local production sources.
- Collins International (Private) Ltd. was established for licensed distribution of Holland's apparel brand, “Mexx”. Affiliate Gao-Yi Co., Ltd was renamed HeXing Enterprise and was engaged in the import and retail of apparel from European premium brands.
- Quality Craft Ltd. was established in Canada for export and trading business.

| 2000 - 2010 | - Major expansion from Shenzhen Trading Office as a part of Collins' long-term market expansion in China.
- Colltex Co., Ltd. set up a subsidiary in Hong Kong and established a garment manufacturing company, Colltex Garment MFY CO., Ltd.(VN), in Vietnam.
- Established Collins Car Rental Co., Ltd. to expand to car rental business.
- Acquired franchise over Hong Kong's U2 casualwear apparel and Active Collins Nike sportswear to expand the scale of fashion retail business and to expand into casual and sportswear markets.
- Acquired distribution rights over renowned Japanese homeware brand, Francfranc, and expanded into homeware retail business.

| 2011 - 2015 | - Set up Cosmos International Development Limited in Hong Kong, and indirectly invests in and holds 52% shares of Cosmos Co., Ltd. to engage in online sales of furniture and homeware products.
- Developed in-house fashion brands, FIC and FOMO and engage in online apparel sales, and acquired U'db brand.
- Signed distribution rights with Korea's Hyungji Group for several of its contemporary fashion brands, including Chatelaine, Bon-gfloor, and Wild Roses.

| 2016 - 2020 | - Acquired office building in Nankang Software Park.
- Acquired ownership and control over Hi-Clearance Inc. and acquired the equity of GrowTrend Biomedical Co., Ltd.
- Merged Collin Investment Co., Ltd. with Colltex Co., Ltd. to consolidate the reinvestment structure.
- Began multinational e-commerce collaboration with US-based Legend Harvest Group Corp.
- Acquired a 67.7% stake in Minoshin International (Stocks) Co., Ltd. and stepped into the boutique retail business in 2019.
- Since the date of re-election of directors in 2019, the Audit Committee has been established.
- After the 2019 re-election of the business's directors, former CEO Mr. Lee, Chung-Liang served as Chairman and President.
- Received bulk reward for the construction land of 742 Taiwanese ping for warehouse at Shulin, and construction began in the second half of 2020.
- Invested in DV Biomed CO., LTD. (beauty biotechnology industry).

| 2021 | - We invested in Taibao Biotechnology (the cell medical sector), Axman Enterprise Co., Ltd. (the bicycle industry), Viscovery Inc. (the artificial intelligence industry), and J&V Energy Technology in order to break into emerging industries (green energy industry).
- Since Q3, the Company has launched B2C e-commerce sales on Amazon in the United States with its own brand MAGIC FLAME.
- By the end of the year, Minoshin has set up a total of 16 boutique counters including DELVAUX, RIMOWA, BALLY and BALMAIN.

| 2022 | - Minoshin opened its first store as the exclusive retailer for the premier living art boutique “SHANG XIA”.
- In light of the Company’s operational and organizational planning, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Lee, Chieh-Hsi to the position of President.
- Construction of a 7-story above-ground and 2-story underground office building at the Shulin Plant began in 2020. The total floor area is approximately 3,700 Taiwanese ping. A group logistics center with automated management was established. In September of 2022, an application for a use permit was submitted, and the permit was obtained in December of the same year.

| 2023 | - Partnered with the Japanese retailer BAYCREW’S GROUP (BCG) to develop BCG’s clothing brand JOURNAL STANDARD, B.C STOCK, JOURNAL STANDARD relume and catering brand J.S. FOODIES, FLIPPER'S in the Taiwan market starting March.
- Issued the first unsecured convertible bond in Taiwan with a total value of NT$1 billion.
